:: My Collection

The collection of art work that I gathered with my wife during all those years may seem anarchical, but it is not. It reflects the artists that I admired for the beauty of their work, and it's human qualities. I always received these art pieces as a friendly gift, or as a sort of compensation for the support I was able to provide. They do reflect my personal taste though. Some of them have an emotional and affectionate meaning to me, and they will always remain in my private collection. Some others might be donated to museums or public institutions, or even sold to art collectors. In any case, I want these pieces to be shared with the public, and am currently working on several exhibition projects in order to do so.

:: My American Artists

I cannot meet an artist whose work I admire without wanting to find a way to use all my knowledge and experience to help them network and display their art. I can’t control it, it is an atavism for me. I currently have two very talented artists, Carolee Bodie (www.opalfinearts.com), and Linda Litteral (www.lindalitteral.com), whose careers I follow. Others may join, as I am certain that there are more creators to discover.

:: My Activities

Beside the art exhibits that I am in the process of organizing, I began a series of art conferences entitled, “The Small Stories of Art History”. These conferences are filled with anecdotes that I have gathered throughout my associations with so many marvelous artists. They are illustrated with many previously unpublished images, along with some reprints of their work, with narrative on the why and how of their creations. I am also hoping to someday record a video, telling all those memories, before they disappear with me.
